JW EVLOS PRIVATE LIMITED (JWEPL) incorporated in Singapore, is a business solutions and advisory company leveraging on advanced technology and big data to create smart and lean solutions in business consulting, sales and marketing, including advising business expansion in various industries, in particular for the frontier markets.
Pivoting on 3 main dimensions:

Wilfred Tan
Co-founder and Executive Director
A seasoned IT and business professional with 30 years of experience in IT consultancy services, IT operations, plannings, and IT solution and implementation. Wilfred had held various key positions in multi-national companies such as NCS(SG), NCSI(HK), NEC(HK), ACCENTURE(HK), MOH AIC (SG). He was instrumental in the implementation of numerous turnkey projects in the APAC region.
Wilfred had represented companies in presenting innovative business solution in Geneva, CHina, China Taiwan, Thailand, Hong Kong and Japan.

Jasmine Lim
Co-founder and Partner
Jasmine has been in the regulated financial industry for than a decade. Being a millennial, she is able to understand the needs and wants of the new generation who are having the biggest consumers globally currently. Trained in fund management, corporate finance and asset management, Jasmine assisted her customers in the area of fund-raising, capital market activities such as IPOs, new issue of debts in SG and HK. Jasmine is also passionate about impact investing and sustainability and has bootstrapped a vertical farm project in Singapore for food security and safety in 2020.
Jasmine will provide advisory and assist the company on all business consultancy matters.

Dr. Ir. Raymond Wong
Advisor-in-Residence
As a world-renowed expert on National security, identity management and border control management, MR. Wong was formally the Assistant Director of Immigration and Head of Information System Branch of HK Immigration Department. Mr. Wong brought with his global perspective and insightful view on innovative and ground-breaking products and solutions to the IT industry.
He will provide advisory and assist the company in all technology and R&D matters.
